High-concentration brine recycling

Lots of industry sectors, such as petroleum, coal chemical industry and thermal power generation, will produce high-concentration brine. As such wastewater is featured by high salt content, complex salt component, high organic content and hardly degradable organic matters, the salt-containing feed liquid will not only consume a lot of energy during process operation but also increase the production cost of an enterprise. Therefore, the inorganic salt feed liquid shall be concentrated first.

The traditional way to recycle salt-containing materials is “evaporation+ crystallization”. However, the traditional hot method concentration treatment device has the following disadvantages: large energy consumption, high operating cost and equipment is prone to corrosion, so that equipment has short service life and is less maintainable.
